Other Details:

Ranks obtained are permanent. However, a member must meet qualifications by maintaining 10 active personal Hosting and/or ISP customers (any number of which can be the member) at all times to receive any uni-level NVP generation override commissions or CAB bonuses. An active personal Hosting and/or ISP customer is a retail customer that has made a Hosting and/or ISP purchase during the pay period.  There will be a 30-day grace period, if the member still does not maintain 10 personal Hosting and/or ISP customers, the commissions/bonuses will be forfeited for any following period after the grace period.  Commission/Bonus payouts will resume for current periods only after the personal hosting and/or ISP customer count is 10 again.  Members will be paid the rank they qualify for in the given week when the weekly maintenance requirements are met.  Once a member is promoted to a higher position, that member holds all titles below that position. Examples of Customer Acquisition Commissions (CAC) & Customer Acquisition Bonuses (CAB):

Important Note: Please know that these diagrams do not define the entire downline with respects to promotion requirements. These diagrams are simply to help define examples of commissions based on a mock scenario. You may wish to print off this page to better study these scenarios.

Month 1            Senior Executive “A” personally enrolls five Qualified Executives “B”, “C”, “D”, “E”, and “F”.  All of the Qualified Executives “B”, “C”, “D”, “E”, and “F” are Front Line to Senior Executive "A". Because of this, SE "A"s Customer Acquisition Commission will be $500.00 plus the additional $500.00 SE Customer Acquisition Bonus, for a grand total of $1000.00. To Top

Month 2            Member “A” promotes to the Rank of RVP and enrolls three new Qualified Executives “G”, “H”, and “I”.  In the meantime, “B” becomes an SE and enrolls Qualified Executive “J”,  “D” enrolls two Qualified Executives “K” and “L”, and “G” becomes an SE enrolling Qualified Executive “M”.  Since “B” and “D” were enrolled when “A” was an SE, they are part of "A's" SE organization, or in "A" SE CODE.  For this reason here is how the commissions will break down:

  • No SE $100.00 Customer Acquisition Bonus will be paid to "A" for QE "J". In this case, SE "B" will receive the full $100.00 CAC and $100.00 SE CAB bonus for a total of $200.00 for QE "J".
  • Since "D" is a Qualified Executive only, "D" will receive the $100.00 CAC for "K" and "L" for a total of $200.00, but the $200.00 SE CAB bonus for "K" and "L" will be released to "A"..
  • Quite similar to the SE "B" scenario, SE “G” will receive the full $100.00 CAC and $100.00 SE CAB bonus for a total of $200.00 for Qualified Executive "M".
  • Since SE "G" is considered to be in RVP "A"s "RVP CODE" (which means that he enrolled after "A" promoted to the rank of RVP), RVP "A" will receive the $40.00 RVP CAB Bonus for "M"
  • RVP "A” will receive the FULL RVP commission for the enrollment of QE "G", "H" and "I" making “A”s commission total $760.00.  This breaks down as: $100.00 CAC + $100.00 SE CAB + $40.00 RVP CAB for each. To Top

Month 3            Member “A” becomes an NVP and enrolls Qualified Executive “Q”.  Member “J” becomes an SE and enrolls QE “N”.  Member “C” becomes and SE and enrolls QE “O”, while “D” promotes to RVP.  Member “K” becomes an SE and enrolls QE “P”.  Member “M” becomes an SE and enrolls QE “R”.

  • SE "J” receives the full $100.00 CAC and $100.00 SE CAB bonus for enrolling “N” for a total of $200.00.
    • Since "B" is in "A"s EXECUTIVE CODE, "A" will receive no bonus for the enrollment of "N".
    • The similar rule applies for "B". "J" is SE CODED to "B", but since "N" was enrolled into "J" SE organization, the $100.00 SE CAB bonus gets released to "J" not "B".
  • “C” receives the $100.00 CAC and $100.00 SE CAB bonus totaling $200.00 for enrolling “O”.
  • Member “K” receives the $100.00 CAC and $100.00 SE CAB bonus totaling $200.00 for enrolling “P”.
    • No commission gets released to "D" for the same reason stated above for member "B", regardless of the fact that "D" is now an RVP.
  • Member “M” receives the $100.00 CAC and $100.00 SE CAB bonus totaling $200.00.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Because member "G" is RVP CODED to "A", member “A” receives the $40.00 RVP CAB bonus for “R”s enrollment.
  • Member “A” receives a total bonus of $100.00 CAC + $100.00 SE CAB + $40.00 RVP CAB + $25.00 NVP CAB for QE "Q" enrollment totaling $265.00. To Top

Addendum A:

Member “A” is a NVP and enrolls member “X” who as an Executive who enrolls member “Y”, who as an Executive who enrolls member “Z”. “A” receives 595.00.

  • $100.00 CAC + $100.00 SE CAB + $40.00 RVP CAB + $25.00 RVP CAB for QE "A" totaling $265.00
  • $100.00 SE CAB + $40.00 RVP CAB + $25.00 RVP CAB for QE "Y" totaling $165.00
  • $100.00 SE CAB + $40.00 RVP CAB + $25.00 RVP CAB for QE "Z" totaling $165.00
