a.       The following example should help clarify what this means:

                                                               i.      If Bob sponsors Mary while he is an Advanced Executive or below and then becomes a Senior Executive, Mary’s group is not in Bob’s SE organization, therefore when Mary sponsors a Qualified Executive after Bob has promoted to SE he still does not receive the SE bonus, the upline SE of Mary’s organization receives it.  Another example; Bob is a SE and sponsors Steve who acquires the two customers; Bob receives the $100 cac and the SE $100 cab.  Now as Steve sponsors Susan, Steve receives the $100 cac, and Bob receives the $100 SE cab.  Now when Steve promotes to SE and sponsors a new EX, Steve gets the $100 cac and $100 cab, but in order to promote to SE he had to bring Bob a minimum of 10 Executives.  Then those 10 each have to bring 10 in order to become SE, and so now Bob has 100 Executives generating $100 instead of 1 EX generating a $100 cab.  You always want your people to promote because it multiplies the number of people generating you income by 10.  (The same scenario is true for RVP, and NVP.)  However the same is true for SE’s, if any number of the ten personal Internet customers cancel they must be replaced within 30 days or the Senior Executive will not receive the 7 level commissions nor the SE cab of $100 until they have 10 Internet customers.  Senior Executives may also become eligible for all parts of the compensation as they meet the proper qualifications.
